Registration is subject to availability, age requirements, program eligibility, payment, and completion of all required forms.

Submitting an inquiry or trial request does not guarantee enrollment or reserve a class space.

5. Safety and Participation

Dance, aerial arts, contortion, acrobatics, and related physical activities involve inherent risks. Participation is subject to instructor approval, safety rules, appropriate behavior, proper attire, and any health or eligibility requirements.

The website does not provide medical advice. Parents, guardians, and adult participants are responsible for consulting an appropriate medical professional regarding any condition that could affect safe participation.

A separate signed liability waiver and emergency medical authorization may be required before participation. Nothing in these Terms waives any right or responsibility that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
